It Hurts

Taking cancer out of my body

It will be ok now

All three muses
Working on my survivor necklace... still in wax, working out design yet... Leaving one large pin in the left breast on one muse..., center muse, removing her cancer, right muse reaching out to the hurt muse to let her know..on the other side is healing...

My muse is broken, my journey with breast cancer

I go into my studio and I can't concentrate, my muse is telling me something..I have to get it out so I can let the art flow...She came to me in a dream and told me to get the cancer out....My broken muse, but she's taking control of her cancer, she's pulled it from her body. She's holding her remaining breast but knows it will go too. Soon she will be healed and whole and able to inspire me again.

Just finished a new ring for a customer, it's  from the movie A Price Above Rubies" in 18 kt with a 2.5 ct burma ruby.

I sculpted a paper clay hand for my octopus box for my octopus bracelet display. Wasn't really loving the plastic display hand. I sculpted and painted it to look like a fragment of statuary , a hand had broken off and rested on the sea bed. An octopus had made his home upon it. Also displaying my two octopus rings on the hand.

Working on a new ring wax, ships head mermaids with flowing nouveau hair holding a faceted uranium glass stone. Not sure what metal to cast it in,shibuichi would make a nice contrast but will probably do it in palladium silver.
